How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
  Merchandise may be shipped back to us at the following address:

Please note that if you choose to ship the merchandise back to us, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.  We recommend that you insure the package and ship using a traceable method.  No refunds are given on shipping and handling charges.

Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and must be in its original, unused condition, as when received (with all merchandise tags attached), unless there is a manufacturer’s defect.  The

reason(s) for the return should be noted on the packing slip (enclosed with your order).

If an item is defective, please call us at 760.494.8734 for shipping instructions.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?
BEAUTYLOVE Aprons will issue a refund in the form and amount of the original payment (including sales tax; excluding shipping and handling charges), provided:
  1. The merchandise is returned (postmarked) within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt; and

  2. The merchandise is in its original, unused condition (unless there is a manufacturer’s defect); and
  3. The merchandise is accompanied by either the BEAUTYLOVE Aprons receipt (original or a copy), or the BEAUTYLOVE Aprons packing slip, enclosed with the order.
We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or if the item is defective.

NOTE/ Please allow 10 days for return processing.
When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
